EnAffaire logo EnAffaire for Lodging

Hotel booking and front desk software for inns, motels and cottages: folios, direct booking and channel sync, on the same platform as the dining room.

Booking and point of sale for inns, motels, small hotels and short-term rentals. It belongs to the RKP POS family, beside EnAffaire for Restaurants and MulliganOS, which is the whole point: the front desk and the restaurant run on one system instead of two that never speak to each other, and a guest’s dinner lands on their room folio rather than on a separate slip somebody has to key in later.

No booking commission, ever.

One monthly price based on your number of rooms. Guests book direct on your own site.

Who this is for

Inns, motels, bed and breakfasts, small hotels, and cottage or short-term rental operators — especially the ones that also serve food, because that is where running two unrelated systems hurts most. Built in Atlantic Canada, supported in English and French.

What it does

A front desk on one screen

Every room on a tape chart: who is in, who arrives, who leaves, what is blocked for maintenance. Book by phone, check in a walk-in, move a guest to another room or change their dates in a couple of taps — the price follows the rules you set.

Rooms, seasons and packages

Room types and their rooms, seasonal and weekend rates, minimum stays, extra-guest charges, and packages like breakfast or late check-out. HST and your municipal tourism levy are worked out on every stay, the way your province charges them.

A folio, not a pile of slips

The stay posts to the guest’s bill at check-in, with every charge and payment beside it. Hold a card at check-in and charge what they owe at check-out, take a deposit, record cash or e-transfer, and print a bilingual invoice.

“Put it on my room”

The dining room, bar and shop tills charge a check straight to an in-house guest’s room. It lands on their folio with its tax, and a refund at the till takes it back off. One bill at check-out instead of slips keyed in later.

Direct booking from your own site

Guests pick their dates, see the real total with taxes, add a package and pay the deposit on your own website — no commission on a guest who was already looking for you by name. Their confirmation comes in English or French, and they can cancel inside your free-cancellation window themselves.

Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com in step

Each room has its own calendar link for your listing sites, and their bookings come back in and block the room here. If two channels ever sell the same night, you see it at the front desk and by email right away.

Housekeeping on their phones

A room board that knows which rooms turn over today, which are stayovers and which arrivals are waiting on a clean room. Housekeepers mark rooms clean from a phone link that shows rooms only — no guest details, no money.

Night audit and the numbers that matter

Occupancy, average daily rate and RevPAR by day, with a spreadsheet export. The night audit lists what needs a decision — no-shows, late departures, balances left owing — and closes the day itself if nobody gets to it.

Deposits and card holds into your merchant account

Guests pay their deposit by card when they book online, and the front desk can hold a card at check-in, then charge it at check-out or release it. It all settles to the merchant account connected to your property. We are not taking a slice of the room rate.

Local Atlantic support

Written here, supported here, in your time zone. When the front desk misbehaves at check-in on a long weekend, you are talking to the people who built the software — not a ticket queue several time zones away.

Take payments with RKP

Use your own processor, or let RKP set you up, with local Atlantic support. It’s an option, never a requirement.
