One thing before you type: down the road we may get in touch about making your website hosting simpler and cheaper. That's a separate conversation — it changes nothing about your reports, and you can tell us no.
How do we get into your website?
To set up Google for you we need to put one small file on your site. Give us the login you already use and we will do the rest — you never have to touch Google yourself.
What kind of login is it?
Stored encrypted on our server, never sent by email, and deleted if you cancel. We use it only for the work you have asked for.
Your Google Business Profile
When someone searches for a business like yours nearby, Google shows a map with business listings on it. Those come from a Google Business Profile — and it's separate from your website.
Do you already have one?
Great — here's the one thing we need
Open your profile at business.google.com, go to Settings → People and access → Add, and add this address as a Manager:

Manager lets us update your listing and reply to reviews. It does not let us delete your profile or remove you — you stay in control and can remove our access whenever you like.

By connecting your Google Business Profile, you authorize RKP Atlantic Business Services to act on your behalf to manage and update your profile — including business information (hours, categories, description, phone, address), photos, posts, Q&A responses, and review replies. We will only make changes consistent with improving your local search visibility and accuracy. You may revoke this access at any time by removing our account as a manager on your Business Profile. RKP is not responsible for changes made by other managers or the platform itself after access is granted.
